Shirley Johnson, CFP^®

Shirley started working in the banking industry in 1974, and was employed by banks in Montana, South Dakota and Minnesota. She was Senior Vice President of Retail Banking for the Cargill family owned banks (now owned by Wells Fargo) until 1993. Since that time she has been an independent financial planner, specializing in wealth management and retirement and estate planning for individuals and small businesses. She and Joe Butorac founded Butorac, Johnson & Associates in 1997. She retired in 2022 after being in the financial services industry for 48 years.

Shirley is a resident of Maple Grove, and is involved in various community activities. She and her husband, Mike have one son, Bryan. They also have three amazing grandchildren, Alexis, Ethan and Aidan. She enjoys being with family and friends, reading, cooking and spending time in California during the winter months.
